Where to look for Fossils at Aberlady?

(Aberlady, foreshore - 2007
)

When you arrive near the red hut, you will start to find brachiopods, corals etc, these can be found from the foreshore cobbles and boulders. As you walk further past the huts, the boulders get larger and trilobite tracks can be seen both in the cliff face and in loose rocks on the foreshore.

You will come to a point, 'Craigielaw Point', here is where the best Bryozoans can be found. further up, complete beds of corals can be seen exposed on the foreshore.
